BBC Inside Out

The charity which supports my brother – C-O-T – was featured on BBC South East Inside Out last night.

The charity does amazing things for the people it supports. It gives them self-esteem, purpose, friends; basically a life. Something we all take for granted.

They run a farm, nursery, cafe and art gallery, so you can donate any plant pots, jars, seeds, craft materials; basically anything that you think would be useful to them and that you have lying around!
